BenQ has announced a limited period offer on its netbooks - Joybook Lite U101 and U101C. The offer entitles every customer to a free BenQ ultra slim external portable DVD writer with every purchase of its Joybook Lite. In addition BenQ has further announced a new version of the Joybook Lite U101C. The new Joybook Lite U101C comes in a stylish coffee color and costs Rs. Rs. 22,990. BenQ, has launched their netbook - the Joybook Lite in India. At 10.1" the netbook weighs 1.1 kg, possesses 160GB storage capacity, has a keyboard that is 90% the size of generic notebooks and a longer battery lifespan upto 7.2 hours. The 16:9 wide LED backlight screen features a 200nits light-emitting-diode (LED) backlight display panel with an 8 ms response time. The Joybook Lite U101 has been designed with faceplates patterned with emoticons on a scratch-free, In-Mold Roller (IMR) cover. In addition, it also features built-in speakers and a 1.3 megapixel webcam. BenQ has unveiled its latest offering for the Indian market - the BenQ V2400W LCD monitor. The 24" widescreen monitor has the distinction of being the world’s slimmest LCD monitor in its category with its thickest point measuring just 24 mm. It's got a cool design with unexpected asymmetry and aerodynamic curves, with an overall mirror-black finish and a subtle blue LED. It's got HDMI with HDCP, DVI-D and VGA inputs.
